I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff and My OBX Home Realty on the purchase of three investment properties in The Outer Banks. Our initial purchase was a weekly rental beach property in South Nags Head, followed by a yearly rental canal front home, which has had steady renters for 3 years. I then purchased a lot and built a sound front home with Jeff acting as my daily, on-site supervisor.
Having grown up in Virginia, Nags Head was our family vacation destination, and the cycle continues!
